Safety Policy

At Meshwar Offline, your safety is everything to us. Every adventure is guided by experienced leaders who know the trails and keep everyone secure and having a great time.

Pre-Hike Requirements

• Fill out a quick health form so we know you're good to go
• Bring proper hiking boots and weather-appropriate clothing
• Please arrive on time to the meeting point
• We welcome hikers 14 and up—younger adventurers need a parent or guardian's permission

During the Hike

• Listen to your guide—they're there to keep you safe and make the most of your experience
• Stay with the group and keep to the trail
• Keep the pace your guide sets
• If something doesn't feel right, speak up immediately
• Treat the wildlife and landscape with respect—we're guests in nature

Weather & Cancellations

• If conditions get too rough, we'll cancel or reschedule
• You'll hear from us at least 24 hours ahead when we can
• If we cancel for safety reasons, you get a full refund or can pick another date

Emergency Protocols

• Our guides carry first aid kits and emergency gear
• We collect your contact info so we can reach you if needed
• We have evacuation plans for every trail we use

Participant Responsibility

When you book, you're letting us know that:

• You understand hiking has real risks
• You're fit for the difficulty level you've chosen
• You'll stick to our guidelines and listen to your guide
• You've told us about any health stuff we should know

Insurance

We strongly suggest you have personal insurance. Meshwar Offline does not provide insurance for organized hikes.
