We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while maintaining the integrity of our group experiences. For prepaid hikes, refunds are issued according to the timeline below.

Cancellation Timeline

48+ Hours Before Hike

Full Refund

Cancel 48 hours or more before your hike and receive a full refund. We appreciate the notice, which helps us manage group sizes and plan accordingly.

Less Than 48 Hours Before Hike

No Refund

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the hike are non-refundable. This helps us cover guide costs and logistical commitments we've already made for your group.

Weather-Related Cancellations

If we cancel a hike due to weather or safety concerns, you have options:

  • Receive a full refund, or
  • Transfer your payment to any future hike at no extra cost
  • We'll notify you as soon as possible—ideally 72 hours in advance

No-Show Policy

If you don't show up at the meeting point without canceling first:

  • No refund issued
  • No Cedars Coins earned
  • Your booking fee is forfeited

Cedars Coins & Cancellations

Remember: Cedars Coins are only awarded after you complete a hike. Cancelled bookings don't earn coins, even if you rebook later.
